SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Tyler Home Services ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Program Description

Tyler Home Services operates an SMS messaging program (the "Program") that sends recurring text messages to subscribers, including appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, service updates, account-related notifications, and promotional or marketing messages such as special offers, seasonal promotions, and news about our services.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Tyler Home Services at the mobile number you provided, sent via an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or similar technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You do not have to opt in to the Program to schedule, receive, or pay for services from Tyler Home Services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us, your appointment schedule, and ongoing promotions. You may receive multiple messages per week during active service periods.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges for text messages are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Tyler Home Services is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred from sending or receiving SMS messages. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.

5. How to Opt Out (Cancel)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message "STOP," we will send you a confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin the Program, sign up again as you did initially, and we will resume sending messages.

7. Supported Carriers

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Alltel, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers, and supported carriers may change without notice.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe to the Program. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that (a) you are the account holder of the mobile number provided or have the account holder's permission to enroll the number, and (b) you will notify us immediately if you change or relinquish your mobile number.

9. Privacy

Information you provide in connection with the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of information described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Program is offered on an "as-is" basis. Tyler Home Services does not guarantee the timely delivery of any message and is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in transmission. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tyler Home Services and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.

Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
