What we collect
- Booking and contact details — name, address, phone, email, and a description of the work you need. You provide these when you book online, fill out our contact form, call, or text.
- Service records — notes from the appointment (what we did, parts used, payment record).
- Site usage — basic, privacy-friendly analytics about pages viewed and devices used, collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies or cross-site tracking.
How we use it
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on the service you requested.
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and invoices.
- To respond to your questions or quotes.
- To send occasional marketing messages about seasonal services, maintenance reminders, and promotions — only to customers who have opted in.
- To improve the website and understand which pages are useful.
Marketing communications
From time to time we may send messages about seasonal services (think pre-winter dryer-vent cleaning), maintenance reminders, or limited-time promotions. These go out by text or email, and we only send them to customers who have opted in.
You can stop them at any time:

- Email: click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us at info@tylerhomeservices.com.
Opting out of marketing won't affect appointment confirmations, reminders, invoices, or other transactional messages about service you've actually booked — we'll still send those so you know when we're showing up.

Who we share it with
We only share your information with vendors that help us run the business:
- Workiz — our scheduling and dispatch software. The booking form on tylerhomeservices.com/book is hosted by Workiz; their privacy policy applies to that form.
- Payment processors — when you pay an invoice, payment details are handled by the processor, not stored on our site.
- Cloudflare — hosts the website and provides aggregated, cookie-free analytics.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies and tracking
We don't set marketing cookies on this site. Cloudflare Web Analytics doesn't use cookies. The Workiz booking form may set its own cookies inside that iframe to remember your progress.
Your choices
- You can ask us what information we have on file by emailing info@tylerhomeservices.com.
- You can ask us to delete your information after service is complete and any required records-retention period has passed.
- To stop receiving texts or emails from us, reply STOP to a text or email us at info@tylerhomeservices.com.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging service for their home. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we update how we handle your information, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, when changes are significant, give a heads-up at the top of the homepage.
