A day on the job
- Work alongside a senior handyman on real residential jobs
- Learn proper technique on drywall, mounting, fixtures, caulking, minor plumbing, and assembly
- Take on simpler jobs independently as skills develop, typically within 90 days, with remote support from a senior tradesperson
- Pick up new trades as you go

What you'll do
- Assist senior handymen on residential jobs across multiple trades
- Learn proper technique across drywall, mounting, fixtures, caulking, basic plumbing, and assembly
- Take on simpler jobs independently as skills develop, typically within 90 days
- Help keep tools, parts, and the company van organized
- Communicate respectfully with customers in their homes
- Show up on time, ready to learn, and ready to put in the work
What we're looking for
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in the trades
Nice to have
- Any trade background, carpentry, painting, automotive, HVAC, military
- Vocational or technical school coursework
- Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese, many customers prefer it
