Handyman / General Tradesperson

A day on the job

• Start at our base each morning and load into a stocked company van
• Run a route of small home-repair jobs across Greater Boston
• Tackle a real mix of trades — drywall patching, mounting, light fixtures, caulking, minor plumbing, furniture assembly, door and lock adjustments
• Walk customers through what you're doing and why — and route work to a licensed specialist when a job calls for one

What you'll do

• Complete a route of small home-repair jobs each day to a professional standard
• Walk every customer through what you're doing and why
• Provide honest assessments when a job needs a licensed specialist — and route it back through dispatch
• Take before/after photos and submit clean job notes through our dispatch system
• Keep your assigned company van clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Handle a real mix of trades each day — drywall, mounting, fixtures, minor plumbing, caulking, assembly

What we're looking for

• Multi-trade home-repair experience — drywall, fixtures, basic plumbing, mounting, caulking
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable with hand and power tools — your work shows it
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
• Strong problem-solving — you'll size up jobs without a written scope
• You'll be in customers' homes daily — you take that seriously

Nice to have

• Light electrical or plumbing experience (no license required)
• Carpentry or finish-work background
• Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese — many customers prefer it
